Cancellation Policy
No refund payments will ever be made for cancellation or change of original arranged and booked appointment. A single rescheduling of a new booking date opportunity will be offered if notice is received no later than 48 hours prior to original booking date. If new booking is not made on line or with Hayley within 24 hours of cancellation you will need to rebook with new full payment. Gift vouchers are none refundable. Thank you for your cooperation.
